Meet Dr. Martin Hoff
Dr. Martin J. Hoff attended Creighton University in Omaha, Nebraska just as his father, Dr. John E. Hoff did before him. He graduated from Creighton University’s School of Dentistry in 1986 and then completed his Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery training at the University of Minnesota in 1990. Dr. Hoff obtained his medical degree from St. Louis University in 1993. Dr. Hoff and his family returned to the West Coast in 1993 and completed a general surgery internship at Swedish Hospital Medical Center in Seattle. He then completed a fellowship in reconstructive surgery in Utah in 1995. Born and raised in the Bay Area, Dr. Hoff returned from his post-graduate training in 1996 to establish his current practice in Redwood City.
Dr. Hoff is board certified by the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons. He is a fellow of the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, in addition to being a member of the California Society of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, the San Mateo County Medical Society, the San Mateo County Dental Society, the California Medical Association, and the American Dental Association.
Continuing education is an important part of this practice, with an emphasis on out-patient anesthesia, dental implants, bone and soft tissue grafting and oral pathology.
